Article 1 – Subject:

The subject of this contract is the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers - Regulation on the Principles and Procedures of Implementation of Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) whose qualities and sales prices are specified below, which the SELLER sells to the BUYER via www.999silveronline.com. It covers the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with its provisions.

Article 3 – Buyer Information:

A person who is a member of the www.999silveronline.com shopping site as a customer.

The address and contact information used when becoming a member or placing an order are taken as basis.

Article 4 – Product Information Subject to the Contract:

The product or products that the BUYER selects by seeing the type, quantity, brand/model, color, quantity, sales price and payment method of the goods/product on www.999silveronline.com and specifies the delivery address.

Article 5 – General Provisions:

5.1 - BUYER declares that he has read and informed all preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics of the product subject to the contract specified in ARTICLE 4, the sales price and payment method and delivery, and has given the necessary confirmation electronically.

5.2 - The product subject to the contract is delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address indicated within the period explained in the preliminary information, depending on the distance of the BUYER's residence for each product, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.

5.3 - If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the BUYER, Silver Online (www.999silveronline.com) cannot be held responsible if the person/organization to be delivered does not accept the delivery.

5.4 – The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product subject to the contract intact, complete, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and with warranty documents and user manuals, if any.

5.5 - For the delivery of the product subject to the contract, the signed copy of this contract must be delivered to Silver Online (www.999silveronline.com) and the price must be paid with the payment method preferred by the BUYER. If the product price is not paid for any reason or is canceled in bank records, Silver Online (www.999silveronline.com) is deemed to be relieved of its obligation to deliver the product.

5.6 – If the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay the price of the product to Silver Online (www.999silveronline.com) due to the unfair or unlawful use of the BUYER's credit card by unauthorized persons, which is not due to the BUYER's fault, after the delivery of the product, the BUYER The product must be sent to Silver Online (www.999silveronline.com) within 3 days, provided that the product has been delivered to the customer. In this case, shipping costs belong to the BUYER.

5.7 - If Silver Online (www.999silveronline.com) cannot deliver the product subject to the contract within the deadline due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances such as weather conditions that prevent transportation or interruption of transportation, it is obliged to notify the BUYER of the situation. In this case, the BUYER may exercise one of his rights to cancel the order, replace the product subject to the contract with a comparable product, if any, and/or postpone the delivery period until the hindering situation disappears. If the BUYER cancels the order, the amount paid will be paid in cash or credit card within 10 days.

5.8 – Products that are defective or broken, whether or not they are sold with a warranty certificate, can be sent to Silver Online (www.999silveronline.com) for the necessary repairs within the warranty conditions, in this case, shipping expenses will be covered by Silver Online (www.999silveronline.com). will be covered.

5.9 - This contract becomes valid after it is signed by the BUYER and delivered to Silver Online (www.999silveronline.com).

Silver Online (www.999silveronline.com) is not responsible for price update errors caused by technical reasons.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal:

BUYER has the right to withdraw within (7) days from the delivery of the product subject to the contract to himself or to the person/organization at the address indicated. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, a notification must be made to Silver Online (www.999silveronline.com) by fax, email or telephone within this period and the product must not have been used within the framework of the provisions of ARTICLE 7. If this right is exercised, it is mandatory to return the copy of the cargo delivery report stating that the product delivered to the third party or the BUYER was sent to Silver Online (www.999silveronline.com) and the original invoice. The product price will be returned to the BUYER within 7 days following the receipt of this document. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be refunded. The shipping cost of the product returned due to the right of withdrawal is covered by the SELLER.
